Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Sitecore Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise digital experiences on Sitecore XP, XM Cloud, and Content Hub. The role covers backend C#/.NET development, frontend work, content modeling, integrations, and platform upgrades, with a focus on modern composable patterns and migrating from legacy implementations.

The ideal candidate will have shipped Sitecore work in production, experience across XP/XM and composable Sitecore

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Five or more years of Sitecore development experience.
• Deep expertise in C#/.NET and Sitecore APIs.
• Strong understanding of Sitecore Helix architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with Sitecore XP, XM, or XM Cloud.
• Experience with headless implementations using JSS or Next.js.
• Solid front‑end skills with modern JavaScript and build tools.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Sitecore deployments.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance‑tuning skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain enterprise digital experiences on Sitecore XP, XM Cloud, and Content Hub.
• Develop backend C#/.NET components and perform frontend work as needed.
• Model content structures and manage integrations and migrations.
• Leverage modern composable patterns over legacy Sitecore implementations.
• Collaborate with editors/marketers, ensuring aligned delivery and performance.

Salary Range: $130,000–$148,000 Annually

The ideal candidate has shipped meaningful Sitecore work in production, navigates both classic XP/XM and the composable Sitecore ecosystem, and balances technical depth with editor and marketer needs.
