Job summary

Paladin Consulting seeks a Sitecore CMS Architect with hands-on development experience to design, develop, and integrate enterprise Sitecore solutions. The role emphasizes modern Sitecore/XM Cloud environments and exposure to AI/GenAI capabilities.

You will architect and develop scalable Sitecore CMS/XM Cloud solutions, build and customize templates, components, workflows, and integrations, and lead technical decisions while leveraging AI/GenAI for content and automation.

Qualifications

10+ years of Sitecore experience with strong architecture and development skills.
Experience with Sitecore XP/XM, XM Cloud and/or SitecoreAI.
Experience with Azure/Azure DevOps and CI/CD.
Knowledge of AI/GenAI, Azure OpenAI, LLMs, or AI-powered CMS solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

Architect and develop scalable Sitecore CMS/XM Cloud solutions.
Build and customize Sitecore templates, components, workflows, and integrations.
Integrate Sitecore with enterprise applications, APIs, CRM, and third-party platforms.
Incorporate AI/GenAI capabilities for content creation, personalization, automation, and intelligent workflows.
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, troubleshooting, and architectural recommendations.
