Job summary

Pattern is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Bethlehem, PA site. The role is full-time, on‑site with a Sunday–Wednesday schedule from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.

You will lead a large team across multiple shifts in a live construction environment and collaborate with senior management to meet production goals. Key responsibilities include shift planning, daily briefings, safety leadership, and liaison with HR on employee relations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a supervisory role in a distribution center or warehouse.
• Minimum of 1 year of operations experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Software to track and resolve order issues.
• Effective communication skills with associates, managers, and executives.
• Proven ability to create and execute a shift plan.
• Proficiency in Excel and standard office tools (Google Suite).
• Willingness to work overtime during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Be flexible to running the site during launch year and expansion.
• Lead a team in a live construction environment and manage 250 workers total.
• Oversee management staff of 4–5 and shift management.
• Collaborate with General Manager, AGM, and Operations Manager on other shifts.
• Conduct pre‑shift meetings to plan the shift and align on goals.
• Ensure shifts meet production and labor targets; report on outcomes.
• Provide guidance on personnel, quality, and safety; resolve HR matters.
• Hold daily team meetings and promote open communication across shifts and departments.
• Enforce company standards and promote a safe, positive work environment.
• Develop and implement operating methods to improve quality and eliminate problems.
