Edgerton Contractors, Inc. is seeking a Utility Supervisor to coordinate with the Project Manager and Utility Superintendent, directing field crews on sewer, water, and sanitary utility projects.

The role emphasizes safe practices, plan execution, and clear communication with trades and subcontractors. The candidate will develop work plans, monitor progress, and deliver daily reports while ensuring alignment with project budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of safe work practices.
• Strong leadership; lead by example.
• Safety training completed per Edgerton curriculum.
• Plans, communicates and monitors safe work practices on projects.
• Develops initial work plan and schedule with project team.
• Coordinates resources to meet schedule and budget.
• Able to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Able to lift 75 pounds.
• Coordinates material deliveries.
• Runs daily JHA/Work Plan and stretch and flex meetings with crews.
• Delivers daily field reports and tracks productivity; supports look-ahead schedules.
• Communicates progress with project team regularly.
• Communicates with subcontractors, vendors and clients during construction.
• Supports growth of up-and-coming foremen.
• Maintains a high-quality workmanship standard.
