CK Contractors & Development LLC seeks a Utility Foreman to lead grading crews on site projects within the Savannah region. The role may be exempt or non-exempt and focuses on directing work, coordinating pipe layout, and ensuring safety.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years working with water lines and underground utilities, with prior foreman experience preferred. Travel within a 70-mile radius and strong safety adherence are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in water lines, storm water, sanitary sewer, and underground utilities.
• Proven ability to manage people, equipment, and materials safely and efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency.
• Willingness to travel within a 70-mile radius and work varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily tasks of the utility crew.
• Read and interpret plans; coordinate pipe routes and installation sequences.
• Report progress to the Superintendent.
• Inspect sites for safety and compliance with regulations.
• Plan installations to minimize interference with other activities.
• Coach team members in pipe construction techniques.
