Job summary

Lake View YMCA in Chicago is seeking a Site Team Lead to ensure the implementation of positive youth development practices across daily activities with children.

You will lead staff, support families, manage curriculum implementation, oversee snacks and supplies, and provide direct service when needed to execute the program, while pursuing accreditation standards through ongoing training.

Pay: $19.25–$19.75 per hour. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job‑related reasons.

Description

As a Site Team Lead, you will work to ensure the implementation of positive youth development practices with all daily activities and interactions with children. The Site Team Lead is responsible for ensuring program quality, including assisting in implementing curriculum, providing leadership and guidance to staff, and overseeing the ordering and distribution of snacks, materials, and all supplies needed to operate the program. You will also provide direct service, when necessary, to execute the program. With a commitment to meeting accreditation standards and extensive training and development in research‑based practices, you’ll also learn, grow, and positively impact our children, families, and communities.
