Job Overview
The Site Sustainability Manager will be responsible for coordinating and directing operations necessary to carry out contractual responsibilities of the company including any and all necessary planning, supervision, budgeting, vendor and supplier contact, customer relations, and other high level managerial or supervisor responsibilities.

Bachelor's degree with a minimum one year related experience or an AA degree with three years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
May required to have a valid driver's license. May be required to have a Forklift certification.
May required to have LEED (Leadership Energy & Environmental Design) certification and be able to participate on USGBC LEED projects.
Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; performance evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Ensure employees are properly trained on tasks and safety requirements.
