Job summary

Gregor Industries is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead field operations across NY/NJ/CT. The role requires managing crews, coordinating trades, and maintaining project schedules while upholding safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong carpentry background, proficiency in reading blueprints, and excellent communication. Travel to various job sites is required; on-site supervision is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in commercial construction in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends; travel to NY/NJ/CT job sites.
• Carpentry background a plus; ability to read blueprints and RFI documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a managerial presence on job sites from start to finish.
• Coordinate multiple trades and manage schedules and costs.
• Supervise project staff and ensure compliance with design specs.
• Collaborate with clients and consultants to resolve issues and document progress.
• Develop and implement site safety programs and training.
