Job summary

North America Security & Select Services is seeking a Site Supervisor in Texas to lead a team of Security Officers and ensure a safe environment for employees, visitors, and customers. The role is full-time with responsibilities including ID checks, access control, and incident reporting.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid security officer license, and a valid driver's license, plus strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe access and egress of visitors to the community.
• Maintain communications to client.
• Monitor entrance and exit of construction workers.
• Check IDs and ensure that only authorized personnel are allowed on the premises.
• Provide excellent customer service to all residents, visitors, and customers.
• Report any suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid if necessary.
• Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records.

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of Security Officers and maintaining a safe and secure environment for all employees, visitors, and customers. This position will be full-time. The Site Supervisor is responsible for checking IDs, monitoring the entrance and exit of vehicles, and providing excellent customer service. The Officers will be responsible for access control to the community.
