Job summary

Tactica Solutions LLC seeks Site Supervisors to lead unarmed access-control and security-escort operations for U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command facilities in Alexandria, VA.

You will manage staffing, enforce security directives, and coordinate with Government stakeholders across locations. Requirements include a high school diploma, CPR/AED, 4+ years as an access-control officer, 2+ years as supervisor, U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current CPR and AED certifications.
• Minimum 4 years as an Access Control Officer using security systems (e.g., DISS).
• Minimum 2 years as an access-control supervisor.
• U.S. citizen, 25+ years old, with DoD TS/SCI clearance and SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily access-control and escort operations and maintain uninterrupted coverage.
• Prepare and manage shift schedules and designate acting supervisors when off duty.
• Ensure personnel follow post orders, SOPs, and security directives.
• Coordinate staffing, incidents, and personnel changes with the COR and Government reps.
• Verify training, clearances, and equipment are current.
