Job summary

Kich Architectural Products is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities, ensure work aligns with plans and quality standards, and coordinate with contractors and internal teams for smooth project execution.

You will monitor manpower, materials, and site progress, enforce safety regulations, maintain records, and manage handover with all required documentation and approvals.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and site progress.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain site records, reports, and documentation.
• Resolve site issues and elevate critical concerns to management.
• Prepare, maintain, and coordinate IR(Inspection Request), MIR (Material Inspection Request), and invoice booking as per project requirements.
• Manage the complete site handover process, ensuring all work is completed as per approved specifications, quality standards and contractual requirements, with all necessary documentation, approvals, and handover records.
• Ensure proper material reconciliation, work completion records, and closure of pending site activities.
