Job summary

PalAmerican Security is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead and train security officers on-site, ensuring client safety and satisfaction across shifts. You will supervise, train, and lead staff while maintaining compliance with policy and delivering exceptional service.

You will recruit, oversee daily performance, and handle disciplinary actions, keeping logs, responding to emergencies, and guiding incident reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of related supervisory experience.
• Leadership and coaching experience preferred.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff


• Oversee the daily workflow and performance evaluations


• Handle discipline and termination following company policy
