Job summary

FleetLogix is seeking a Site Supervisor in Morrisville, NC to support the Site Manager and oversee staff including Vehicle Service Agents, Drivers, and Leads. You will manage performance, training, scheduling, and adherence to standards to deliver safe and efficient service.

The role emphasizes communication with the Site Manager and customers, maintaining productivity, coaching staff, and covering for the Site Manager when needed.

Qualifications

• Applicant must meet our minimum hiring age, have a valid state issued Driver's License with satisfactory driving record.
• Prior driving experience required.
• Must pass a background check, drug screening and driver safety skills test.
• Ideal applicants have open availability, a great work ethic, and are dependable.

Responsibilities

• Create a consistent flow of communication from the Site Manager and customer to employees responsible for execution of tasks.
• Ensure productivity standards and benchmarks are met in the assigned location.
• Complete required paperwork related to productivity standards.
• Coach and mentor new employees.
• Cover for Site Manager on days off and carry out tasks as directed.
• Cover drivers/transporters, leads and VSAs when needed to fulfill customer needs.
• Interact with customer and attend meetings with customer as needed.
• Maintain strong customer service, both internally and externally.
• Monitor employees to ensure they stay on task and perform safely.
• Observe and provide guidance based on adherence to job standards and policies.
• Coach, counsel and discipline employees when necessary.

Available Schedule: PM/Weekend Shift, 3:00pm to 11:30pm

Position Responsibilities

The Site Supervisor is responsible for providing support to the Site Manager by serving as a second layer of supervision to site employees such as the Vehicle Service Agents (VSA), Driver/Transporters and Leads, by managing employee performance, productivity, training, scheduling and providing guidance based on adherence to job standards and policies.
