Head Start for Kent County is seeking a qualified individual to direct the operations and administration of its child development program. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development and emphasizes compliance with federal and state regulations.

Directs the day‑to‑day operation, administration, and maintenance of the child development program and the facility. Manages and develops center staff to operate a safe and efficient center, addressing parent, child, and staff issues as needed. Serves as a content‑area expert within the State of Michigan Licensing Rules and Regulations to ensure compliance.
