Job summary

S&K Aerospace is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead contractor personnel supporting organizational-level P-8A aircraft maintenance at NAS Jacksonville, FL. The Site Supervisor will be the primary on-site company representative responsible for personnel management, contract performance, customer coordination, safety, quality, and reporting.

This role requires a minimum of ten years in aircraft maintenance and at least five years of supervisory experience in military, government, or contractor

Qualifications

• Ten years of aircraft maintenance experience.
• Five years supervisory or leadership experience in military, government, or contractor aircraft maintenance operations.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and must possess and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Must be willing to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision of assigned personnel.
• Ensure contract performance requirements are met in accordance with applicable governing instructions and technical data.
• Coordinate production priorities with the Government Maintenance Control or designated representative.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, Tool Control, FOD prevention, and environmental programs.
• Monitor workforce attendance, conduct, and performance.
• Review and approve employee timekeeping records.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide performance counseling when required.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of personnel.
• Address and elevate employee relations matters in accordance with company policy and applicable CBAs.
• Prepare required reports, correspondence, and deliverables.
• Maintain professional communications with Government leadership and company management.

This position is CONTINGENT on contract award. S&K Aerospace is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead contractor personnel supporting organizational-level P-8A aircraft maintenance at NAS Jacksonville, FL. The Site Supervisor will serve as the primary on-site company representative and will be responsible for personnel management, contract performance, customer coordination, safety, quality, and reporting.

Below is a brief overview of the variety of work assigned to this role.

• Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision of assigned personnel
• Ensure contract performance requirements are met in accordance with applicable governing instructions and technical data
• Coordinate production priorities with the Government Maintenance Control or designated representative
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, Tool Control, FOD prevention, and environmental programs

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years of aircraft maintenance experience
• Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory or leadership experience in military, government, or contractor aircraft maintenance operations
• Experience coordinating flightline, scheduled/unscheduled maintenance, inspections, aircraft documentation, and production requirements
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Must possess and maintain a current Secret security clearance
• Must be willing to travel when required
• Must have a valid state driver’s license when required by job assignment
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a flightline driver’s license if required

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree in Aircraft Systems Maintenance Technology or related discipline
• Experience managing Contractor Field Team (CFT) or DoW aircraft maintenance contracts
• NAMP, NALCOMIS, OOMA experience
• Experience managing workforce staffing, recruiting, scheduling, and performance in a military or Government-contractor environment
