Job summary

ResCare Community Living, part of Sevita, seeks a Site Supervisor to lead caregivers and oversee ISP implementation. Responsibilities include staff hiring, training, scheduling, and ensuring quality supports for individuals with IDD in our community-based services.

The role combines direct support with supervisory duties and community involvement, offering opportunities for skill development and meaningful impact in people’s daily lives.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One year related work experience required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance required.
• Other licensure or certification may be required by regulatory authority.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to establish rapport with team and those served.
• Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.
• Opportunity to gain supervisory skills while directly making a difference.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support to individuals including daily activities, meal planning, medication administration, and personal care.
• Duties split between direct care, professional activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation.

• Provide support to individuals receiving services including: assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care.
• Duties are split between providing direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities.
