B&P Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to support Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Access Control Officer and Escort Support Services.

Responsibilities include overseeing Access Control Officers, coordinating staffing, and ensuring security protocols for government facilities and SCIFs, including badge verification and visitor management. Candidates should have DoD TS/SCI clearance and relevant experience.

Qualifications

  • Active DoD TS/SCI clearance required or ability to obtain.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience as an Access Control Officer.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an access control supervisor.
  • First Aid/CPR/AED certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Access Control Officers and Escorts, including weekly staffing.
  • Provide access control for government facilities.
  • Verify badges and authorizations for personnel, equipment, and media entering/exiting facilities.
  • Issue ESCORT REQUIRED badges to un-cleared personnel.
  • Ensure proper visitor and access control procedures per SOPs.
  • Verify visitor clearances in DISS/Scattered Castles and notify sponsors of arrivals.
  • Maintain shift logs and visitor sign-in sheets.
  • Conduct equipment and log inventories and report irregularities.

Job Summary

B&P Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to support Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Access Control Officer and Escort Support Services.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to
  • Overseeing the activities of the Access Control Officers and Escorts, including coordinating a weekly staffing schedule
  • Provide access control services for government facility locations
  • Control access of personnel, equipment, and media going into and out of the INSCOM and/or MSC secure facilities
  • Visually determine, through face-to-face ID checks, that personnel accessing the SCIF have the specific badge required for facility access, and that personnel bringing in or exiting the facility with equipment and media have the Government-issued and approved equipment and media entry/exit authorization forms
  • Issue ESCORT REQUIRED badges to all un-cleared personnel to include official visitors, unofficial visitors, foreign visitors, custodial, maintenance and repair services providers and construction workers
  • Ensure security clearance and SCI access levels of all visitors requesting access to the SCIF are verified in Defense Information System for Security (DISS) or Scattered Castles and cleared visitors, both government and contractors are issued the appropriate visitor badge per the approved Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and notify sponsors of visitor arrival
  • Conduct random entry/exit inspections in accordance with the local Entry/Exit Inspection Program (EEIP)
  • Inspect and ensure personnel bringing in approved equipment and media have the appropriate Government issued and approved and valid equipment/media entry/exit authorization form
  • Utilize Central Monitoring Stations (CMS) to include Lenel, and which are used to process 100% access verification and validation for all cleared and un-cleared individuals utilizing Government facilities
  • Maintain a shift log in accordance with Post and INSCOM Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Maintain sign-in sheets for cleared and un-cleared visitors for the facility
  • Conduct an equipment and log inventory of government furnished equipment within 15 minutes of each shift change and maintain a log of accountability
  • Provide immediate notification of any and all attempts to gain forceful entry, hostage conditions, fire, medical emergency and any other life-threatening situations (i.e. bomb threats) to DA police, (local police as a secondary measure) and or any other applicable emergency team i.e. (fire and rescue)
Basic Qualifications
  • Security Clearance: Active DoD TS/SCI
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Minimum of 25 years of age
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience as an Access Control Officer, utilizing security systems such as DISS
  • Must have two years of experience being an access control supervisor
  • Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certifications
