Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Site Supervisor in Arkansas City, KS. The role pays $22.00 per hour and focuses on supervising security staff, ensuring policy compliance, patrolling, and timely incident reporting.

The position requires prior supervisory experience, high school diploma or GED, strong customer service, and leadership abilities. Candidates must be able to work independently and handle emergencies with sound judgment.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.

• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Previous Supervisor experience required.

The Site Supervisor helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
