Quality Cleaning Service of Northwest Ohio is seeking a dependable and motivated 1st Shift Site Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations at our Archbold, OH location.

The Site Supervisor will manage cleaning staff on the 1st shift, ensure tasks are completed to standards, and communicate issues to management. This hands-on leadership role requires attention to detail and accountability.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and trash containers.
• Must be willing to perform hands-on cleaning duties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support cleaning staff during the 1st shift.
• Ensure all assigned cleaning duties are completed properly and on schedule.
• Inspect cleaning areas to ensure Quality Cleaning Service standards are being met.
• Train and assist new employees with proper cleaning procedures.
• Help maintain a positive and professional work environment.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment and report shortages or problems.
• Ensure employees are following company policies and safety procedures.
• Communicate attendance, performance, and operational concerns to management.
• Assist with cleaning duties when needed.
• Address customer or site concerns and communicate them to management.
• Complete routine inspections and checklists.
• Help ensure the account remains fully staffed and operating efficiently.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

Pay: $16.00 per hour

$250 Hiring Bonus!

New hires are eligible for a $250 hiring bonus after successfully completing 6 months of employment with Quality Cleaning Service.

Job Summary

Quality Cleaning Service is looking for a dependable and motivated 1st Shift Site Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations at our Archbold, OH location.

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the facility is cleaned to Quality Cleaning Service standards, providing direction and support to cleaning team members, monitoring completed work, and communicating any issues to management.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and can hold themselves and others accountable.
