We’re seeking an experienced Site Superintendent with a strong background in multifamily construction to lead on-site operations for our residential projects. You’ll oversee daily activities, ensure safety and quality standards, and drive projects to successful completion on time and within budget.

Job Describtion:

• What You’ll Manage all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and schedules to keep work on track.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA standards.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and budgets.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to plans and specs.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate site documentation and reports.
• Lead and motivate the site team for optimal performance.

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a Site Superintendent in multifamily residential construction.
• Proven ability to manage complex multifamily projects.

• Proficient with construction management software and MS Office.
• OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
