Job summary
A leading engineering firm is seeking a Site Solutions Team Lead in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role requires at least 5 years of environmental experience and significant proficiency in civil engineering concepts. Responsibilities include supporting due diligence for various projects, representing the firm in zoning hearings, and leading site visits. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and be familiar with AutoCAD Civil 3D. Local candidates are preferred and the position may require up to 20 percent travel.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years environmental experience required.
10 years technical and/or field experience preferred.
Experience presenting in quasi-judicial proceedings is a plus.
Responsibilities
Support due diligence for data centers, industrial sites, and power facilities.
Represent HDR during zoning hearings and client interactions.
Lead site visits and coordinate with internal teams.
