Holy Dippers is growing, and we are looking for a Site Services Operator to join our team serving construction and commercial sites in the Monroe–Holy Ridge area.
Our Site Services Operators are responsible for safely operating our vacuum and water trucks and performing the hands‑on work required to service our customers.
We can teach you how to operate our equipment and service our units. You bring the work ethic.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to work, takes care of their truck and equipment, and can be trusted to get the job done.
As a Site Services Operator, you will operate both vacuum and water trucks and provide hands‑on service at customer locations.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
You will handle hoses, connect equipment, operate pumps, service restroom units, inspect equipment, troubleshoot problems, and work outdoors in a variety of conditions.
We are looking for someone who:
Understands that the job is about service, not just driving.
No vacuum truck experience? That's okay.
If you have the right attitude, work ethic, CDL—or the ability to obtain one—and are willing to learn, we will train you on our equipment and service procedures.
Holy Dippers provides service 7 days a week.
Operators work a rotating schedule averaging approximately 40–50 hours per week, with the opportunity to work up to 60 hours per week when business needs require it. Shifts start at 5am and 6am and weekend hours are required.
Overtime is available.
Flexibility and reliability are important requirements of this position.
We are not looking for someone who simply wants to drive a truck.
We are looking for an operator.
Someone who can get in the truck, safely get to the job, get out, hook up the hoses, service the units, identify problems, take care of the equipment, communicate with their supervisor, and leave the site knowing the job was done correctly.
If you are dependable, mechanically inclined, willing to work, and take pride in doing things the right way, we want to hear from you.
