Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Related experience preferred.
• Must undergo and meet company standards for background and reference checks, controlled substance testing, and behavioral selection survey, in addition to any mandatory licensing requirements

Responsibilities

• Controls access to the client site or facility; screens visitors and employees to expedite admittance.
• Maintains a courteous, respectful, and safe atmosphere for all clients and visitors.
• Communicates openly and responsively, providing site information as authorized.
• Monitors entrances/exits, controls movement, and operates gates/ CCTV devices.
• Patrols site on foot/vehicle; inspects for hazards and unauthorized persons.
• Protects evidence and incident scenes and manages signage/barriers as needed.
• Prepares logs/reports and documents activity in computer systems.
• Observes and reports incidents or suspicious activity to Client/management.
• Responds to fires, medical emergencies, bomb threats, and other incidents per procedures.
• Removes property in accordance with policy and client standards.
• Performs tasks of a similar nature as required.
