The role reports to the Senior Safety Manager and requires OSHA compliance, hazard analyses, training, and daily field interaction with crews; CHST or higher and 3+ years of relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• CHST or higher credential.
• 3+ years overseeing electrical contractor scope of work (healthcare or data center projects).
• OSHA 510 & OSHA 30-hour certifications updated within last 3 years.
• First Aid, Narcan, Bloodborne Pathogens, CPR, and AED training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide technical guidance to managers for eliminating hazards and unsafe behaviors.
• Plan and conduct project surveys and inspections.
• Conduct hazard analyses and risk assessments for tasks.
• Maintain safety manuals and document safety training.
• Coordinate safety training across operations.
• Assist in accident investigations and record keeping.
• Foster a collaborative safety culture.
