Job summary

Frazier Industrial Company seeks a Site Safety Coordinator to support safety compliance across active construction sites. This field-focused role travels to job sites and collaborates with Site Managers, Project Managers, employees, and subcontractors to uphold OSHA standards and company safety procedures.

Responsibilities include safety audits, documentation reviews, corrective actions, training, and incident reporting, with regular site visits to ensure hazard control and fall protection.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in construction safety or related field.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
  • Experience with JHAs/JSAs, inspections and incident reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct safety audits and inspections at active construction sites.
  • Review safety docs: JHAs, equipment inspections, safety meetings, checklists and incident reports.
  • Identify deficiencies and develop corrective action plans with site management.
  • Document safety issues via photos and reports.
  • Collaborate with Site and Project Managers to close actions on time.
  • Provide safety training to employees, subcontractors, and site personnel.
  • Support accident and near-miss reporting and follow-up.
  • Monitor OSHA standards, Frazier SOPs and site-specific safety rules.
  • Perform rotating visits to sites to provide field safety support.
  • Assist with hazard identification, fall protection, rigging, cranes and equipment safety.

Job description

Frazier Industrial Company is seeking a Site Safety Coordinator to support safety compliance across our active construction sites. This position will travel to Frazier job sites and work closely with Site Managers, Project Managers, employees, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with OSHA standards, Frazier safety procedures, and site-specific requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections at active construction sites.
  • Review and maintain required safety documentation, including JHAs, equipment inspections, safety meetings, pick checklists, and incident reports.
  • Identify safety deficiencies and develop corrective action plans with site management.
  • Document safety issues through photos, reports, and Fieldlens.
  • Work directly with Site Managers and Project Managers to ensure corrective actions are completed within established timelines.
  • Provide safety training and education to Frazier employees, subcontractors, and site personnel.
  • Support accident and near‑miss reporting and follow‑up.
  • Monitor compliance with OSHA standards, Frazier SOPs, and site‑specific safety requirements.
  • Conduct regular rotating visits to Frazier construction sites to provide consistent field safety support.
  • Assist site management and subcontractors with hazard identification, fall protection, rigging, crane operations, equipment safety, and other construction‑related safety requirements.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of construction safety, field safety, EHS, or related experience.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.
  • Experience conducting safety audits/inspections and developing corrective actions.
  • Experience with JHAs/JSAs, fall protection, equipment inspections, and incident reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with field personnel and subcontractors.
  • Ability to travel regularly between active construction sites.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • OSHA 510 certification preferred.
  • Experience with steel erection, structural steel, welding, rigging, cranes, or material handling is a plus.

This is a field-focused position requiring regular travel to active construction sites. The successful candidate must be comfortable working outdoors and around construction activities, heavy equipment, steel, cranes, and other industrial hazards.
