Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Site Safety Manager for a large-scale manufacturing project in Phoenix, AZ. This fully onsite, 2-year contract role requires leading safety on the ground, coordinating with client teams and trade partners, and guiding site safety professionals through evolving conditions.

Travel may be required to future sites as projects progress. The ideal candidate brings a strong field safety background, construction workflow knowledge, and a collaborative, solutions-driven

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction safety experience.
• CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain; training available).
• CHST or CSP or similar safety credential.

Responsibilities

• Communicate safety expectations clearly to contractors and client teams.
• Provide safety training, guidance, and field-level support.
• Respond to competing hazards and changing site conditions.
• Coordinate closely with two existing site safety professionals.
• Identify, communicate, and carefully implement corrective actions.
• Support hot work activities and ongoing construction phases (trenching largely complete).
• Maintain professionalism and credibility with a seasoned, cautious safety team.

This is a 2-year contract with the potential to continue on future projects and travel with the project team to upcoming sites.
