Facility Services Management Inc. is seeking a Site Safety and Health Officer L1 to monitor safety on the Fort Hood jobsite, ensure compliance with company policies and government safety regulations, and support the Site-Specific Accident Prevention Plan.

The role requires OSHA 30-hour certification and five years of safety supervision experience, strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-hour training certificate required.
• Minimum five years of safety supervision or management experience.
• Experience developing and managing safety programs or hazard analyses.

Responsabilités

• Support safety and health programs and the Site-Specific Accident Prevention Plan.
• Lead weekly toolbox safety meetings with all staff.
• Provide health and safety training to mitigate site hazards.
• Conduct safety inspections and document deficiencies; escalate to CMM.
• Ensure PPE compliance for all activities.
• Stay current with federal safety standards and regulations.
