J&J Worldwide Services seeks a Safety Manager to execute a corporate health and safety program at the assigned facility. You will develop site-specific safety plans, train the workforce, and ensure contract safety requirements are followed in line with regulations and standards.

Reports to Site Level Contract Maintenance Manager. Responsibilities include auditing for hazards, implementing corrective actions, coordinating training, and handling incidents and OSHA-required reporting.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of continuous safety experience supervising or managing general industry/construction/O&M.
• Preferred Associate Degree in Safety Management or related field.
• OSHA 30-hour General Industry certification completed within 8 months of reporting; other ASHE/NFPA courses may be pursued.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute site-specific occupational health and safety programs.
• Audit workplace for hazards, develop solutions, and monitor implementation.
• Evaluate hazards and recommend controls and PPE.
• Lead accident prevention programs including weekly safety briefings.
• Schedule and deliver safety training, maintain records.
• Investigate incidents and prepare OSHA-compliant reports.
• Support Safety Program and Culture implementation.
• Coordinate workers' compensation matters with corporate and insurer staff.
