OP RaaS in Memphis, TN is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to help design and operate scalable data systems. You will analyze outages, implement improvements, and guide reliability across cloud-native platforms.

The role emphasizes automation, IaC, and collaboration with DevOps teams. Candidates should have a BS in a technical field and 2 years' IT experience; strong Python, SQL, Azure, Databricks skills are a plus.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing and designing deliverables to resolve moderately complex technical design gaps.
• Contribute to reliability initiatives including capacity planning, failover strategies, performance improvements and MTTA/MTTR reductions.
• Manage operations of critical applications, resolving incidents and providing operations support.
• Create and guide site reliability strategy and engagement model.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
• Automate support functions to improve operational efficiency.
• Evaluate tech stacks and implement new technologies to improve reliability.

What You\'ll Do:

• ? Under general supervision, assist in the development and design of deliverables that support the resolution of moderately complex problems and technical design gaps.
• ? Support improvement initiatives that are aligned with overarching global reliability of the Dataworks' systems, including capacity planning, failover strategies, performance improvements and reduction of Mean Time to Awareness/Resolve.
• ? Manage operations of critical applications used by external and internal customers, resolving incidents, providing operations support, maintenance, enhancements.
• ? Create site reliability strategy and roadmap and help establish SRE engagement model.
• ? Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.
• ? Automate the support functions to improve operational efficiency.
• ? Evaluate tech stacks and implement new technologies to improve reliability.

What You\'ll Know:

• ? Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems and/or equivalent formal training and/or work experience.
• ? Two (2) years equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment. A related advanced degree may offset the experience requirements.

Skills considered a plus:

• ? Strong skills in Python, SQL, Azure (or other Cloud technologies), Databricks
• ? Experience with visualization tools like Power BI
• ? Experience with software development, DevOps and CI/CD
• ? Knowledge in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) like Terraform
