Cisco Systems, Inc. in Boulder, CO, seeks a NOC-focused engineer to maintain services in a FedRAMP compliant environment and protect our global cloud platform.
As part of the Splunk Cloud Network Operations Center, you will serve as a frontline defender for enterprise customers, verifying uptime, resiliency, and performance around the clock. You will monitor and triage alerts across multi-tenant clouds, lead incident response, and drive automation via playbooks.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for maintaining services in a FedRAMP compliant environment, therefore, must be a U.S. citizen. This position may also perform work that the U.S. government has specified can only be performed by a U.S. citizen on U.S. soil.

Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location, market conditions, job-related skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training. The full salary range for certain locations is listed below. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

New York City Metro Area:
$125,700.00 - $203,100.00
Non-Metro New York state & Washington state:
$111,700.00 - $180,800.00
