Job summary

Oxylabs in the United States is seeking a senior DevOps engineer to join a 500-person team building cutting-edge proxy and data-scraping platforms. You will maintain global infrastructure handling tens of PB-scale traffic, ensure availability of Kubernetes clusters, and drive architecture and performance optimization.

You’ll automate everything, collaborate with PMs and developers, and explore bleeding-edge tech daily.

Qualifications

Strong Linux skills, including troubleshooting and programming.
Familiar with Microservices, Kafka, Nginx, MySQL, Valkey, HAProxy, Prometheus.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes/Helm/ArgoCD.
Hands-on experience with automation and server provisioning tools (Ansible and OpenTofu).
Excellent proactive ownership and responsibility skills.

Responsibilities

Be a part of a team which maintains hundreds of servers around the globe.
Maintain multiple Kubernetes clusters and ensure availability.
Work on infrastructure architecture, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
Be responsible for managing various databases – SQL, NoSQL, etc.
Upgrade systems with new releases and updates.
Automate everything or as many things as possible.
Work together with PMs and the development team to find the best technological solutions.
