Job summary

Anyscale is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability and performance of user-facing services and production systems. You will drive observability, automation, and robust deployment practices across cloud components to support scalable ML workloads.

We value 3+ years in SRE/DevOps, strong incident response, and a collaborative mindset to improve reliability and cost efficiency while supporting fast growth at Anyscale.

Qualifications

3+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

Develop unified perspective on cloud component usage across the company.
Ensure deployment methodologies align with reliability goals.
Build observability systems for metrics, logging and tracing.
Create monitoring and alerting at different levels for easy contribution.
Establish testing infrastructure to support team in testing.
Develop tools for measuring and defining SLOs across the org.
Implement best practices and on-call systems for incident handling.
Coordinate cloud deployments and ensure effective issue resolution communication.
