Job summary

SCIGON is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to accelerate remediation of security issues and drive cloud modernization projects. The role is hands-on and execution-focused, targeting backlog reduction and improved platform reliability within AWS environments.

Responsibilities include building and operating AWS infrastructure (EC2), automating with Terraform, and supporting Kubernetes/EKS workloads. You will work closely with client teams to enhance observability and reliability across cloud

Qualifications

• Experience in an SRE or Cloud Engineering role.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS.
• Proficiency with Terraform and infrastructure automation.
• Experience managing compute resources (EC2).
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes, including EKS.
• Familiarity with security remediation processes in cloud environments.

Role Summary

The SRE & Cloud Engineer will support the client by accelerating remediation of security issues and contributing to cloud modernization initiatives. This role is hands‑on and execution‑focused, aimed at reducing backlog, improving platform reliability, and advancing infrastructure‑as‑code and automation practices within AWS environments.
