Key Responsibilities
  • Design, deploy, and manage applications using Kubernetes and ArgoCD.
  • Build and maintain infrastructure with Terraform Cloud (IaC).
  • Manage secrets and secure storage using tools like HashiCorp Vault and Cyber Ark.
  • Monitor system health and performance with Datadog.
  • Implement service discovery and configuration with HashiCorp Consul.
  • Collaborate with development teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines and automation.
  • Ensure cloud infrastructure meets security and compliance standards.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis.
Minimum Qualifications

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineering role or similar position.
  • Candidate must be based in the metropolitan area of our hub city Columbus, OH.
  • Strong experience with Azure, especially AKS (Azure Kubernetes Services).
  • Proficiency in deploying and managing applications using Kubernetes and ArgoCD.
  • Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, specifically with Terraform Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Docker, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and DevOps culture.
Preferred Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments.
  • Experience in implementing and managing compliance standards within cloud infrastructure.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with AWS or GCP.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Compensation

Our Base Pay Range for this position $108,300 - $180,500
