Job summary

ECG Engineering Consultants Group S.A. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with over 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Cost Control. Candidates should possess a B.Sc. in related disciplines, and a good command of English is essential.

The role involves working on large-scale projects such as hospitals and high-rise buildings in Cairo and North Coast Construction Sites. Those with an M.Sc. or PMP certification will be at an advantage.

Job description

Requirements:

• 5+, 7+, 10+years’ experience in all Quantity Surveying and Cost Control issues, including conducting of quantity take-offs & cost estimates for all project’s components.

General Requirements:

• B.Sc. in related disciplines, with a minimum grade of “Good”. M.Sc. is a plus.
• PMP / Masters / Certification is an advantage.
• Good command of related Egyptian and international codes.
• Good computer skills and command of relevant applications.
• Good command of English (written & spoken).
• Experience in Large Scale & Mega Projects, as well as 5 Stars Hotels, Malls, Compounds, Hospitals, Airports, High Rise Buildings, Towers … etc.
