SOLV Energy in Newbern, AL is seeking an experienced Site Quality Manager to lead QA/QC on utility-scale solar and energy infrastructure projects. You will implement the Site-Specific Quality Plan, oversee inspection teams and serve as the primary liaison with clients and subcontractors.
The role requires 3–5 years in utility-scale solar QA/QC, familiarity with NEC/IEC/ASTM codes, and proficiency with Procore or Primavera P6.
SOLV Energy is a leading provider of infrastructure services to the power industry, designing, building and maintaining utility scale solar, battery storage and high voltage substation projects nationwide. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Quality Manager to lead and oversee all quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) activities at the project level. The Site Quality Manager will report to the Regional Quality Manager and serve as the on-site leader for implementing the Site-Specific Quality Plan (SSQP), manage the quality inspection teams, and act as the primary quality liaison with on-site client representatives, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, electrical infrastructure, civil engineering, and structural construction, committed to driving a culture of quality and continuous improvement. This role is on site full time in Newbern, AL. Specific location details and expectations will be discussed during the interview process.
