Job summary

Worley Group, Inc. is seeking a site-prep and housekeeping professional to support daily work activities at our Texas Baytown site. You will help prepare the site for daily operations, maintain cleanliness, and assist with material handling in alignment with project plans.

The role emphasizes safety, physical stamina, and adherence to safe work practices in an industrial environment, supporting the team to ensure efficient project progression and a secure work zone.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of industrial construction/maintenance experience.
• Familiar with hand tools and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement and adjustment of machinery, equipment, and materials.
• Lubricate, clean, and repair machinery, equipment, and tools.
• Control traffic passing near, in, and around work zones.
• Erect and disassemble scaffolding, shoring, braces, traffic barricades, ramps and other temporary structures.
• Load, unload, and identify building materials, machinery, and tools.
• Distribute building materials, machinery, and tools to the appropriate locations according to project plans and specifications.
