Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience in a high-volume operation.
• Experience managing performance, attendance and scheduling.
• Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution and problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workforce management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring service levels and goals are met.
• Supervise, coach, and develop supervisors, leads and frontline staff.
• Manage staffing levels, workforce scheduling, attendance and accountability.
• Monitor productivity, quality, safety and performance metrics.
• Conduct coaching, performance discussions and corrective action as needed.
• Partner with customer leadership to maintain strong relationships and resolve concerns.
• Identify challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and quality reviews.
• Promote safety, accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.
