The LiRo Group’s LiRo-Hill division seeks a Construction Office Engineer to support on-site activities at a NJ Port Authority project. The role emphasizes document control, payments, change orders, and file management.

Ideal candidates have experience with large site civil construction, a degree in Engineering or Construction Management, strong communication skills, and proficiency with online project management software. Public agency experience is a plus.

• Experience with large site civil construction projects.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Able to collaborate/coordinate with clients, designers, contractors and field staff.
