Job summary

Syneos Health/ inVentiv Health Commercial LLC is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to ensure compliance and manage site activities. In this role, you will perform site qualification and monitoring, assess site processes for adherence to regulatory standards, and serve as a key liaison with site personnel.

The ideal candidate possesses a bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 75% of the time. Benefits include health coverage, a company car allowance, and flexible paid time off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated proficiency with computer technologies and willingness to embrace new technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Perform site qualification, management and close‑out visits ensuring compliance.
• Assess site processes per the Clinical Monitoring/Site Management Plan.
• Serve as the primary liaison with study site personnel.
