Agilix Solutions is hiring a full-time Service Technician to lead site operations at West Memphis, AR. You will manage Receiving, Shipping, Warehousing, and Staffing within Site Materials/VMI, ensuring accurate inventory and seamless cross-department communication.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in warehousing and team leadership, with knowledge of INFOR SX.E ERP, CribMaster, and related systems, plus a strong focus on customer service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of warehousing and inventory management required.
• 3-5 years of experience managing small teams of employees.
• 3-5 years of industry experience, electrical distribution, or industrial storeroom experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of sales, administration, warehouse operations, and industrial plant workflow.
• Leadership experience includes hiring, training, supervising, and motivating employees.
• Passion for customer service and providing quality solutions for customers, both internal and external.
• Proficient and comfortable working within database software such as INFOR SX.E ERP, CribMaster, Order entry, and Job Management
• Attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate verbal and written information to appropriate stakeholders.
• Excellent listening skills and willingness to ask and answer questions.
