Job summary

Wood is recruiting for a Materials & Logistics Manager to join its Projects business, on site in Sartell, Minnesota, supporting the Niron Magnetics project. You will lead a materials and logistics team, directing expediting, inventory, warehousing, and reporting to meet schedule and budget.

The role focuses on ensuring personnel competency, maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating with project stakeholders to marshal materials safely and efficiently on site.

The Role

Responsible for the leadership and management of the materials and logistics team across a deployed project, overseeing all aspects of expediting, logistics, shipping, materials control, inventory, warehousing, and reporting in support of our client, Niron Magnetics, on site in Sartell, Minnesota. In this role, you will direct and manage materials and logistics activities, ensure personnel competence and performance, maintain high inventory accuracy, and liaise with key project stakeholders to safely marshal and deliver materials in line with project schedules and budgets.
