Job summary

OPmobility is hiring for a SITE MANUFACTURING MANUAL PAINT SPRAYER in Duncan, on 2nd shift (3pm – 11pm). Qualifications

• Must have manual spraying experience and a clear understanding of paint equipment operation.
• Must pass medical evaluation for respirator use.
• Basic reading, writing and math skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manually spray required areas on parts.
• Inspect parts and identify defects in the application area.
• Clean and maintain application equipment (Spray guns, brushes, hoses).
• Maintain area 5S standard.
• Identify equipment/processes for continuous improvement.
• Prepare parts for proper application of repair process.
• Maintain inventory for supplies and collaborate with Lab Team to order supplies.
• Participate in Process Improvements and QRQC containment actions.
• Follow OPmobility procedures and SWI’s.
• Work schedule based on production requirements with overtime as needed.
• Complete any other duties assigned by supervisor.

• Type of contract : Long-term At-will

• Scope : Duncan, 2nd Shift (3pm – 11pm)

Responsibilities :

• Identify and manually spray required areas on parts.
• Inspect parts and identify defects on the parts in the application area.
• Clean and maintain application equipment (Spray guns, brushes, hoses)
• Maintain area 5S standard
• Identify possible equipment and processes for continuous improvement
• Prepare parts for proper application of repair process
• Maintain inventory for supplies and collaborate with Lab Team to order supplies
• Actively participate in Process Improvements and QRQC containments and corrective actions.
• Follow OPmobility procedures and SWI’s.
• Work schedule based on production requirements and overtime as requested.
• Complete any other duties assigned by supervisor.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

• Must have manual spraying experience and a clear understanding of paint equipment operation
• Able to operate PPE relevant to paint application
