A community behavioral health organization in Randolph is looking for a Site Manager to oversee residential site operations. In this role, you will manage staff performance, ensure quality treatment for clients, and maintain fiscal management of site funds. In a residential group home setting, oversee residence operations and manage a residential site. Responsibilities include the following.
Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm. On-site presence with on-call responsibilities for designated sites throughout the week and alternating weekends for the network.
