What We Are Looking For
The Janitorial Site Manager oversees daily janitorial operations for client facilities—leading and scheduling crews, executing written cleaning plans across daily/weekly/monthly/annual cycles, and upholding professional and uniform standards. Operating independently in a fast-paced environment, this role drives quality through inspections and proactive client communication to exceed expectations while staying within hour and labor allotments, adjusting staffing to cover absences and changing needs. The manager recruits, trains, and mentors team members, fosters cooperation, and leverages MS Office to organize tasks, track metrics, and meet deadlines.
