Clean Team Inc. is seeking a dependable Site Manager to lead daily cleaning operations at our Flagship location in Knoxville, TN. As on-site leader, you will guide a team, ensure high service standards, and build strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate has prior janitorial or facility services leadership experience, excellent communication, and a reliable work ethic. This full-time role offers opportunities for growth and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning, janitorial, custodial, or facility services experience.
• Leadership, supervisor, or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• The ability to motivate and lead by example.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily commercial cleaning operations at the assigned facility.
• Work alongside your team and assist with cleaning responsibilities when needed.
• Provide direction, coaching, and support to cleaning team members.
• Train new employees and help team members succeed in their roles.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure Clean Team standards are consistently met.
• Communicate with management regarding staffing, supplies, and operational needs.
• Assist with scheduling and daily workforce coordination.
• Maintain inventory levels and request cleaning supplies as needed.
• Ensure proper handling and use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Clean Team management and the customer.
• Address concerns quickly while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Create a respectful, dependable, and team-focused work environment.
