• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and daily workflow
• Partner with providers and operational teams to improve patient experience
• Support employee growth, communication, and collaboration across departments
• Maintain an office where employees feel valued and supported

Qualifications

• MPA, MBA or MHA a plus
• 5+ yrs previous medical practice management experience

Compensation Includes

Base salary of 90-113K
