They will directly oversee subordinate staff, monitor operational workflows, and address real-time logistical challenges to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service delivery. Additionally, the Site Manager will maintain accurate, on-site records of personnel attendance and shift performance, serving as the immediate point of contact for government representatives regarding site-specific operational concerns. The Site Manager should have at least 5 years’ experience in managing and supervising secure transportation operations or detention operations environment.
