Job summary

Bubble Down Car Wash is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead operations at a high-volume location in the Tampa Bay Area. You will oversee people, performance, and profitability, setting the standard for excellence and owning the site’s results.

This full-time role requires a hands-on leader who can recruit, train, and develop a 12–20 person team, drive membership and sales goals, and manage daily operations, safety, and reporting.

Weekend, holiday, and evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a car wash, service, or retail environment.
• Proven ability to hire, train, and lead successful teams.
• Demonstrated success managing entry-level/hourly employees while minimizing turnover.
• Experience managing financial performance or operational KPIs.
• Hands-on leadership style—comfortable working outdoors and leading by example.
• Professional communication, organizational discipline, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to schedule, standards, and accountability.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead & develop a high-performance team of 12–20 employees.

• Submit accurate daily and weekly reporting with analysis.
• Identify and act on trends in performance and profitability.

Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 annually, plus performance bonus potential up to 12.5%

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of management experience in a car wash, service, or retail environment
• Proven ability to hire, train, and lead successful teams
