  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, or fleet operations.
  • Experience supervising staff in a fast-paced operational environment preferred.
  • Experience coordinating carriers, drivers, dispatch operations, and customer communications.
  • Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS), inventory systems, and Microsoft Office.

This role lives the Partnership pillar every day.The roleThe Logistics Site Manager (LSM) is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, including inventory management, dispatch coordination, customer communication, and service performance. This role works closely with corporate leadership, customers, carrier partners, and internal teams to ensure efficient transportation operations, timely delivery execution, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
